Introduction
Nakuru County is an economically vital hub in Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, with its capital, Nakuru, being one of the country’s newest cities. The county is world-famous for its Rift Valley lakes, particularly Lake Nakuru, known for its immense flamingo populations, and the freshwater Lake Naivasha.
